At Legado Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing quality business registration services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once your business has been registered with the State of Texas or any other applicable jurisdiction.
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
The customer changes his mind after starting the registration process.
The customer provides incorrect, incomplete or outdated information.
The customer does not respond or does not complete the required steps or documents.
The business has already been registered, regardless of whether the customer uses it or not.
Limited Exceptions:
Refunds may only be considered if:

An error was made solely by Legado Solutions LLC (for example, if we misspelled a name or registered the wrong entity type), AND
The customer provided the correct information before registration.
In that case, we may offer a partial refund or resubmit the entity at no additional cost, at our sole discretion.
